Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Tiger Mist fits, but if something isn't quite right, we offer returns for store credit within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached and hygiene seals in place.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Choose Your Method

  Select your preferred return shipping method and download the pre-paid shipping label or QR code provided by the portal.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the return label, and drop the parcel off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a store credit via email for you to use on your next Tiger Mist haul.
